I think you mean "No Woman No Cry" by Bob Marley.

I also suggest "Everything In Its Own Time" by Indigo Girls, and "Nothing In Between" by Stuart Davis ("This is a song about...everything...through the vehicle of nothing").

Will send you more ideas when I get home and have my whole music collection to draw from.
